We are recruiting a talented professional to join our Network Planning Product Management team to manage our current and future schedule optimization capabilities within the Network Planning solution (Sky). The Network Planning product management organization focuses on delivering a best-in-class, data-driven & customer-centric Airline product portfolio that is market-adapted and allows us to deliver unique, competitive and recognized value to airlines. The Optimization Product Manager works on driving and leading the creation of optimization capabilities that allow airlines to build profitable, feasible and robust schedules that help the airline achieve superior results. As Network Planning Optimization Product Manager you will drive product management activities across the end-to-end product lifecycle of our schedule optimization solution (SkyMAX) as well as help define the future of schedule development and optimization.

  • Identify opportunities and analyze business requirements from customers and prospects.
  • Benchmark other business needs and give input to the product plan/Roadmap & long-term plan.
  • Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or upgrades.
  • Formalize requirements and propose solutions to the customer aligning with Amadeus business needs.
  • Assess potential gaps between customer requirements and Amadeus solutions.
  • Write high-level business requirements.
  • Work closely with Design and Development teams to define priorities and product-releasing plan for new products or product upgrades.
  • Participate in reviews when applicable / required.
  • Provide support and assistance to the customer and monitor product acceptance, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Take corrective action as necessary.
  • Provide key information on the product to define the Value proposition.
  • Contribute to the launch plan with Product Marketing and other associated teams & BUs.
  • Create standard and tailor-made presentations, and demo scripts showing product value.
  • Give presentations, demos and familiarization sessions to customers, or train Sales to perform them.
  • Participate in the preparation of key events, guaranteeing the success of product launch and follow up.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses for the product.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of airline experience in network planning.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.).
  • Ability to travel 10%.
