About The Position
Dynasty Financial Partners is redefining what independence means in wealth management. As a pioneer in supporting independent RIAs, we are seeking a Vice President, Network Partner Marketing, to lead strategic engagements with some of the most sophisticated and entrepreneurial investment advisors in the country. This in-office role, based in St. Petersburg, FL or Atlanta, GA, sits within our internal marketing agency and is responsible for delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive client growth. The VP manages strategy, execution, and day-to-day project oversight for one or more RIA firms, ensuring every initiative supports each client’s unique business goals. The successful candidate will bring over a decade of marketing experience, a strong background in financial services, and a deep understanding of digital tools and platforms. This role demands someone who thrives on collaboration, maintains exceptional client relationships, and champions innovative, data-driven marketing practices. A consultative mindset, strong communication skills, organizational excellence, and a sense of ownership are essential to success. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Network Partner Marketing.
