We are currently recruiting for a Network Operations Specialist whose role is to provide proactive maintenance, monitoring, and software services for a variety of the digital menu board footprint, both indoor and outdoor. This includes monitoring devices in the field for issues, providing technical support via both phone and email, as well as updating internal knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Minimum 2 years technical support or relevant experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Customer Service Phone or 'Soft Skills'

Responsibilities

  • Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE clients
  • Provide technical support assistance via phone and email
  • Update daily monitoring reports
  • Perform other duties as requested
