About The Position

The Manager of Network Operations role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure operations. Primary responsibilities include planning, developing and implementing IT network infrastructure at existing offices, new builds and those acquired through mergers and acquisitions. This includes project managing IT discovery calls to gather information on existing contracts, connections, assets, employees and LCONs. This position will report to and work directly with the Director Network Services for purchasing and scheduling the implementation of Acosta standard equipment with internal and external resources. The Manager of Network Operations is responsible for all ISP circuits including ordering, monitoring, upgrading and disconnecting services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement IT network infrastructure at existing offices, new builds and those acquired through mergers and acquisitions.
• Project manage IT discovery calls to gather information on existing contracts, connections, assets, employees and LCONs.
• Report to and work directly with the Director Network Services for purchasing and scheduling the implementation of Acosta standard equipment.
• Manage all ISP circuits including ordering, monitoring, upgrading and disconnecting services.
