About The Position
A Network Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's network infrastructure. Key responsibilities and requirements for this position include managing the development, installation, and operation of network systems, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The role also involves providing day-to-day operational support for network infrastructure components within data centers and branches to ensure system availability, optimal performance, and reliability. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement monitoring, maintenance, expansion, and recovery plans to ensure network reliability and responsiveness to demand changes. Strategic planning, change management, incident management, reporting, budgeting, and contract management are also key aspects of this role. The manager must demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations and may be asked to coach, mentor, or train others.
