About The Position
The Network Operations Engineer III is a senior-level role that focuses on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both optical and IP networks. This position is a Team Lead and will require the ability to work through others in order to continue to meet the defined objectives. The TL will need to effectively interact with Client FTE's while also being a resource to answer questions within the team. This role requires a deep understanding of optical and IP networking, hardware technologies, and network management tools.
