About The Position

This position under general supervision will undertake a variety of assignments and projects to support Elevate's NOSA activities. This position requires strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in high school or in an accredited degree or certificate program.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts and represents the company in a professional manner with a variety of people, including customers, employees, and affiliated organizations.
• Must be able to follow instructions/directions and exercise initiative and judgment using knowledge of company practices, policies, and organizational structure.
• Learn and develop professional skills in a business environment.
• Organize, refurbish, test, and inventory various physical network equipment.
• Assist the NOSA Team in coordinating with the Customer Service Team with equipment upgrade projects.
• Assist the Network Engineering department with installation of Comm Shack equipment.
• Shadow NOSAs as needed to learn the skills required to assist in general technical support.
• Aid in special projects with the Network Operations Supervisor.
