As a Network Operations Advisor on the Network Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries and official legal complaints tied to our national retail pharmacy network. This role sits at the intersection of operations, regulatory affairs, and legal response. You will lead complex workstreams, translate nuanced issues into clear narratives, and partner across the enterprise to ensure timely, accurate, and thoughtful engagement with state regulators. This is a highly visible role requiring sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving outcomes. Key Responsibilities This role delivers impact through strategic coordination, cross‑functional leadership, and clear external communication, including: Serving as a central point of coordination for Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints, regulatory inquiries, and official legal complaints, ensuring timely intake, triage, and response. Leading cross‑functional workstreams to evaluate issues, align on facts, and drive resolution across Legal, Regulatory, Network Operations, Product, Pricing, and Compliance teams. Partnering closely with Legal and Regulatory Affairs to develop accurate, defensible, and well‑structured responses that meet statutory and contractual requirements. Translating complex operational, contractual, and claims‑related information into clear, concise narratives appropriate for regulators and legal audiences. Overseeing the preparation, review, and quality assurance of supporting documentation and formal submissions, with strong attention to detail and tone. Managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure responses are delivered within required regulatory deadlines. Identifying patterns, emerging risks, and systemic issues to inform process improvements, escalation mitigation strategies, and network performance enhancements. Supporting enterprise‑level initiatives that improve regulatory readiness, strengthen compliance practices, and enhance collaboration across Network Strategy & Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, public affairs, corporate communications, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional efforts and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive‑level or externally facing content.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Proven success operating in fast-paced, deadline‑driven environments with high visibility and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting legal complaints, regulatory response, or government inquiries.
  • Paralegal, legal operations, or regulatory support background.
  • Familiarity with retail pharmacy networks, healthcare operations, or payer environments.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Pricing, Network Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams.
