About The Position
As a Network Operations Technician at Cirrascale Cloud Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our data centers. This position involves working in a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, where you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers and networking equipment, ensuring compliance with SOC2 guidelines, and troubleshooting various technical issues to minimize downtime for our customers.
