Antietam Broadband is looking for a Network Operation Manager! This position is not remote. This position is responsible for management of personnel and functions associated with the delivery, maintenance, and upgrade of telecommunication services to residential, commercial, and enterprise customers. Responsible for telecommunications network operations center, remote telecommunications facilities, PON network devices, soft phone switch, and IPTV platforms to ensure continuous operations and efficient service delivery. This position covers multiple, fixed shifts, depending on schedules and our employee needs. Schedule flexibility and a willingness to troubleshoot outside of regular shift during an outage is required. The primary role is to respond to escalations, analyze and troubleshoot problems, resolve problems, brainstorm advanced ideas, keep our systems up to date, and look for solutions to future problems.
