As our Network Manager, you’ll be the brain behind the bandwidth. From stores to cloud to our corporate Store Support Center, your work ensures that every transaction, every customer interaction, and every system stays connected, fast, and secure. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes job—it’s a high-visibility role with real business impact. Your Day Consists Of Leading a high-performing team of network engineers across enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, WLAN, and cloud environments. Architecting and implementing scalable, resilient network solutions that grow as fast as our footprint. Proactively identifying and mitigating issues—before they impact operations or customer experience. Evaluating and managing vendor partnerships, performance, and cost-effectiveness across contracts and SLAs. Advancing network security posture and ensuring disaster recovery plans are tested, ready, and resilient. Communicating risk, strategy, and technical priorities to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in network engineering, and 2+ years leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, SolarWinds, Cloud Connectivity (Azure, Oracle, and Google Cloud) VLAN Segmentation, and exposure to DevOps tools is a plus.
  • A calm, confident leadership style—especially under pressure.
  • The ability to turn business needs into technical action plans, and vice versa.
  • A drive to lead not just systems, but people—and shape how we scale.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications like CCNP, CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, or CISSP (preferred, not required).
