The Global Network Services Team is an integral part of the Infrastructure Services function within the Corporate IT organization. The team designs, builds, deploys, and operates all aspects of IT networking, network security, and telephony services across approximately 80 locations globally. This is a small (approximately 16 staff) but high-performing global team split between London and Houston, operating on a 24x7 basis to deliver stable, secure, and scalable services in alignment with ITIL and industry best practices. The team delivers global architectures and standards through a regional delivery model and works flexibly with a hybrid office and remote approach. The Network Manager - AMER is accountable for delivering network services and outcomes across the Americas region. This role translates global network strategy and architecture into effective regional execution, ensuring services meet performance, risk, and cost expectations. This is a management-focused role with limited hands-on technical responsibility. You will lead a regional team of network engineers responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of network systems including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and network monitoring tools. The role is hybrid, based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Houston, TX, with work-from-home flexibility. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on automation and service excellence.
