Manages and supervises a small team of Information Technology experts.
Designs and installs information systems and develops procedures to support division operations.
Advises management on IT issues to ensure compliance and uniform systems across the division and enterprise.
Works closely with other area managers and directors to ensure smooth and transparent processes and systems.
Performs related responsibilities as required.
Deliver advanced technical support for server environments, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Administer virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V and cloud platforms.
Install and maintain applications within multi-user environments.
Manage Windows and Linux operating systems following best practices, including routine maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Provide end-user support for server and network-related issues.
Oversee Active Directory environments (cloud and on-premises), including group policy management.
Conduct maintenance and resource planning for cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and storage area networks.
Ensure backup and disaster recovery systems are properly implemented and functioning.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using standard networking protocols and concepts.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices and related equipment.
Perform server hardware maintenance, including installation and component replacement.
Maintain server and network security through continuous monitoring and timely patching.

A bachelor's degree and five years of related IT experience including project management and lead or supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Deliver expert-level technical support for server infrastructure, resolving complex system issues efficiently.
Administer and support virtualization platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V and cloud-based environments.
Install, configure, and maintain applications in multi-user systems.
Manage Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance through routine maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Provide end-user assistance for server and network-related concerns.
Oversee Active Directory environments (both cloud and on-premises), including group policy configuration and management.
Conduct maintenance and capacity planning for cloud services, virtualization platforms, and storage area networks.
Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place and functioning effectively.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using standard networking protocols and concepts.
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and devices.
