About The Position
The Maintenance Technician at Blue Stream Fiber is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of broadband services, including cable television and high-speed internet. This role involves working with fiber nodes, trunk amps, and other plant distribution components to ensure optimal service delivery for both residential and commercial customers. The technician will also participate in on-call duties and maintain a professional image while providing customer service.
