About The Position

Xerox Holdings Corporation, through its division XIT Staffing, is seeking a hands-on part-time Traveling Technician with hospitality experience for a 12-month contract. This role involves supporting a dynamic entertainment venue and is ideal for a tech-savvy professional familiar with TOAST systems, basic networking, and PC/iPad maintenance. The technician will serve as the on-site technical backbone, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, audio-visual, and food & beverage systems. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical support twice weekly (half-day visits), responding to critical issues or unplanned outages as needed, and performing break-fix troubleshooting and end-of-day reporting.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience
• Hospitality tech experience (venue, restaurant, or entertainment space)
• Familiarity with TOAST POS, basic networking, and PC/iPad maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional emergency visits

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor TOAST terminals and card readers
• Manage networking infrastructure
• Oversee PCs, iPads, and tag readers
• Support AV systems and lighting
• Maintain QSR stations and entertainment tech
