Athenix Solutions group is looking for a Network Instructor I to support a new program at Fort Gordon in Georgia. This individual will be responsible for providing training in Tactical Network Transport and associated equipment IAW approved Lesson Plans and Programs of Instruction (POIs). Responsibilities: Courses include 25H10 Network Communication Systems Specialist 113-25H10; 25H10Y2 Network Communication Systems Specialist 113-25H10Y2; 25H30 Network Communications System Supervisor ALC 260-25H30-C45; 25H40 Network Communications System Manager SLC-C46; 255N Network Systems Technician 255N (WOBC) 4C-255N and 4C-255N RC; 25A Signal Basic Officer Leadership Course (SBOLC) 4-11-C20. Ensure classroom supplies and equipment available and operational per required skill level on first day of classroom instruction. Support direct delivery of classroom training, practical exercises, and integrated training exercises for Army-wide training requirements. Apply ALM techniques in classroom training. Remain technically qualified and up-to-date on classroom instruction methodologies and best practices IAW TRADOC REG 350-6 and Signal School Instructor Certification Program. Maintain established classroom security requirements and procedures; report all issues to Customer when identified. Maintain student attendance and graded performance records daily using Form 6548 and current Government academic record keeping system; perform clerical functions requiring verification and reporting of Student attendance, and verification and reporting of Student access to systems supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS). Administer automated, written, and hands-on testing in subjects taught, to include grading of exams, evaluation of results, recording of exam results, and conduct of After Action Reviews (AARs) with students. Conduct test item analysis on all exams given; identify trends for individual test question modification, adjustments to classroom training, and lesson material updates; maintain results of test item analysis on file for periodic review and QA assessment. Evaluate students and report academic concerns to Branch or Course Managers via email to facilitate assignment to remedial training or other unit contact requirements. Provide students with Customer-provided End of Annex/Module Survey Forms for evaluation of classes presented; ensure student critiques completed at conclusion of each block of instruction. Provide end-of-course-evaluation forms and End-of-Course Critique (EOCC) forms for student critique of training received, facilities, Resident School personnel, etc.; review and summarize results of EOCCs with responses to negative comments; provide EOCCs and contractor summary via email IAW monthly reporting requirements. Serve as Tactical Network Transport Subject Matter Experts to provide overviews or specific equipment briefings to official visitors. Identify routine technical problems and recommend corrective actions concerning training and training devices within 3 business days of problem discovery. Maintain classroom equipment, including assisting and processing maintenance actions as required; provide defective equipment and applicable forms to maintenance POC within 3 business days of discovery. Provide central POC to consolidate absentee data and provide information to Military liaison not later than 30 minutes after initial and after meal attendance is taken. Maintain current knowledge on applicable Army, TRADOC, Fort Gordon, and School Regulations, Pamphlets, Guidance, Best Practices, Requirements, and Standards.
