About The Position
The Network Installation Technician will be responsible for reviewing computer systems in terms of machine capabilities and man-machine interface. This role involves preparing reports and studies concerning hardware and/or software, as well as keeping abreast of emerging operational support technologies and industry trends. The technician will prepare functional requirements and specifications for hardware/software acquisitions, monitor system performance, gather data, and prepare management reports. Ensuring that problems have been properly identified and that solutions will satisfy the user’s requirements is a key aspect of this position.
