About The Position

Nokia's Network Infrastructure team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Intern to support talent and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment support, social media engagement, and internal project work within a global tech company focused on innovation and collaboration. The internship will last for 10 weeks from June to August 2025 and will be located onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements

• Currently a candidate for a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources with an accredited school in the US.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with social media platforms and engagement strategies.
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Comfort working with individuals at various levels within an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance social media engagement strategies.
• Assist with recruitment efforts and broader HR initiatives, engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Assist with reporting and data metrics.
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Contribute to general administrative and project-based tasks as needed.
