About The Position
The client is seeking an experienced Network Firewall Administrator for implementation, maintenance, and operational support of a large enterprise network. The role involves analyzing and resolving technical issues in production environments, performing maintenance, upgrades, and changes on production firewalls, and troubleshooting and remediating issues related to network infrastructure and systems. The administrator will perform project-related tasks in a timely manner with a high level of quality, follow documented processes, procedures, and policies, and create and modify process documentation for team processes and procedures as necessary. Daily collaboration with multiple end users, teammates, and leadership is expected, along with participation in after-hours on-call rotation with other team members. Other firewall-related duties may be assigned as needed.
