Requirements

• Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• One year of IT-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Assist network infrastructure team with implementation projects and troubleshooting.
• Assist with documentation and network architecture.
• Document and improve processes.
