The successful candidate's duties will be to work and resolve incident and service request tickets from the ticket queue to completion efficiently and in a timely manner. Furthermore, this role will be required to participate in on-call support, emergency response support, escorting vendors into the data center, and installing devices, running cables, and terminating cables. Finally, the engineer will also provide assistance to other engineers on projects for our customers.
