About The Position

We are seeking a Network Engineer with extensive experience in IT networking and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This position requires hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments. The candidate will also lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, coordinate with third-party vendors, and troubleshoot complex network issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT networking and/or facility operations.
• Networking skills: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec/SSL), SD-WAN.
• Security skills: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC (802.1X), RADIUS/TACACS+.
• Physical skills: Experience with racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments.
• Tools: Network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds), packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, AWS/Azure Networking, PMP.
• Cloud networking experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Automation skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation tasks.
• Virtualization experience: Virtual networking (NSX, AWS VPC), load balancers (F5).

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
• Perform hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation.
• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors accountable for deliverables and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain accurate network documentation and provide monthly project reports.
