The Network Engineer is a key technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise‑scale network solutions. This role requires engineering expertise, strong analytical, self-motivation skills, and the ability to drive complex network initiatives across data center, cloud, and remote environments.

Requirements

3-5 yearsof experience as a Network Engineer.
Advancedexpertisein LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and network security.
Experience supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical networks.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Hands‑on experience with AWS networking and compliance architectures.
Strong understanding of performance tuning, HA/DR, IAM, encryption, and monitoring frameworks.
Excellent communication skills under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as CMNA, CMSS, AWS/Azure Networking Specialty.
Experience with UC/VoIP, RFID, and enterprise cloud networking.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, andoptimizeenterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD‑WAN solutions.
Engineer scalable network architectures across datacenter, cloud (AWS preferred), and remote sites.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, VoIP/UC, RFID, and cloud networking issues.
Develop innovative solutions aligned with business strategy, technology standards, and security policies.
Support networkchanges and standards viaautomation initiatives (Python, GitHub).
Advanced troubleshooting for critical incidents and performance issues.
Maintainexpertise in routing protocols, switching, monitoring tools, and addressing schemes.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across all network environments.
Drive root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the technical lead on major initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
Participatein project planning, estimations, and technical decisions.
Manage vendor relationships and work closely with external partners.
Providetechnical guidance, and knowledge‑sharing to your fellow colleagues.
Ensuremeetingteam requirements and high‑quality delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Implement secure access controls, encryption, auditability, and network compliance.
