RESPONSIBILITIES Perform end-to-end troubleshooting from Layer 1 (Physical) through Layer 3 and the Application layer. Support and troubleshoot routing protocols, specifically BGP, EGP, and EIGRP. Hands-on troubleshooting of HPE (primary), Dell, and EMC server stacks. Participate in a 13-day rotation with offshore escalation support after 7:00 PM ET.
