Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Provide Network documentation standards and requirements Develop business and functional requirements for projects relating to Network Management Services Manage circuit provisioning for new WAN connectivity, including obtaining favorable circuit pricing Work with Client’s facility personnel to support required facility-related network needs Order and expedite delivery of Network equipment, circuits, and services Manage the performance of public carriers and third parties to meet Client requirements and SLAs Coordinate and oversee third-party installation activities (e.g., carrier circuit installation, router installation) Approve router configuration files and IP addressing schemas and standards Provide requirements for physical and logical Network traffic segmentation Support activities related to planned and unplanned network outages Monitor Service Provider’s end-to-end support of Network Services Manage Service Provider performance, SLAs, and service quality in accordance with contracts Ensure patch monitoring and deployments are performed in accordance with service levels Provide on-site support to complement service provider remote management services Oversee infrastructure hardware acquisition, installation, and changes Ensure high availability of Network Infrastructure Ensure Incident Management and upgrades are resolved Identify change requests for performance improvements and cost efficiencies Hands-on experience operating Cisco network equipment and VPN infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computers, information systems, or related field
10–12 years of relevant work experience in a Network Engineering or Network Operations role
Demonstrated experience supporting WAN and LAN environments (wired and wireless)
Experience with redundant network environments
CCNA/CCNP certification required

Nice To Haves

Cisco certification is preferred
Bilingual English/Korean preferred

Responsibilities
