POSITION SUMMARY The Network Engineer will be responsible for the network design, implementation, and maintenance tasks for Herschend and associated properties. The Network Engineer will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure and work under the supervision of the Network Engineering Team Lead. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This role will be hands-on, requiring a high level of technical network expertise. Successful resolution of complex network support issue Interfacing with internal customers and external vendors to provide specific network related technical support A key contributor in the delivery of complex projects related to the networking business requirements of Herschend and associated properties Design, build, and maintain complex architecture of network systems and devices across multiple properties The scope includes, but is not limited to: Azure Routers Switches Load balancers Wireless controllers and access points Meraki wireless and switches IP Voice technologies Carrier and service provider service delivery technologies Some over-night travel is expected to support new implementations, onsite maintenance, and migration efforts. Expected travel is less than 20%. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
