About The Position

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and optimization of client and internal network infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and firewall systems while supporting both project delivery and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of network engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Network Design & Deployment: Design and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewall solutions. Support site-to-site and client-to-cloud connectivity. Configure routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Operations & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution. Monitor network performance and optimize for reliability. Support escalations from the Help Desk and NOC teams.
• Security & Compliance: Implement firewall rules, VPNs, and network security controls. Support security audits and remediation efforts. Maintain compliance with internal and client security standards.
• Documentation & Standards: Maintain detailed network diagrams and configuration documentation. Contribute to network standardization and best practices.
