Wyo-Ben is looking for a Network Engineer who enjoys solving problems, supporting critical systems, and improving the infrastructure that keeps our organization connected. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with networking technologies to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a secure, reliable environment across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of networking concepts, basic routing and switching, and wireless networking, along with a strong troubleshooting mindset. This role offers hands-on learning and collaboration while still valuing the skills and experience you already bring to the team.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking or related field (or equivalent experience in related field)
• 0–2 years of Network support, IT, or systems administration experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic routing & switching, wireless networking, and VLANs
• Valid driver’s license required
• Occasional travel required
