Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will: Architect and design secure, high-performance network systems-including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud integrations-supporting organizational requirements for resilience and scalability. Select, install, configure, and maintain networking hardware and leading technologies (Cisco, Juniper, cloud networking) for both on-premises and hybrid environments. Monitor, diagnose, and optimize network performance using tools and automation, leading upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives to fuel organizational growth. Enforce cybersecurity and compliance standards, implementing network segmentation, access controls, encryption, and collaborating with security teams to address vulnerabilities and risks. Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, collaborating with IT and communications teams to analyze root causes, prevent recurrence, and ensure connectivity and performance. Maintain thorough network documentation, educate users and junior staff on best practices, and support ongoing adoption of new networking tools and policies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data and Network engineering, design, implementation and operational support.
  • 5+ years of experience and proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Juniper Junos, and cloud based networking.
  • 5+ years of experience in security protocols, and network segmentation.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to work fully on site in Honolulu, HI.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Advanced Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIP, and COMPTIA Network+ strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Federal IT compliance standards, Zero Trust Architecture, and practices preferred.
