  • Implement and maintain network solutions across AWS and GCP cloud environments
  • Configure and manage routing protocols including BGP and OSPF for complex network architectures
  • Deploy and maintain AWS networking components including Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC peering, and PrivateLink
  • Configure and support GCP networking infrastructure including Cloud Interconnect, VPC peering, and shared VPC architectures
  • Manage Equinix interconnection solutions for secure, low-latency cloud connectivity
  • Maintain DNS architecture including Route53, Cloud DNS, and hybrid DNS configurations
  • Implement network security controls including segmentation, access controls, and firewall policies
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high uptime for mission-critical systems
  • Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements
  • Support compliance efforts with federal networking standards and security audits
  • Contribute to network automation initiatives using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Respond to network incidents and conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Design and maintain compliant network architectures that support UberEther and customers in achieving and maintaining FedRAMP and DoD ATOs
  • Implement network boundary protections, segmentation, and security controls that align with NIST 800-53, CMMC, and other federal control frameworks
  • Deploy network monitoring and logging solutions that generate evidence for continuous monitoring and compliance reporting
  • Configure network infrastructure to support continuous security assessment requirements for customer authorization packages
  • Build reference architectures and network patterns that accelerate customer ATO timelines and reduce authorization risks
  • Design secure multi-tenant network environments where customers can build and operate their FedRAMP and DoD authorized systems
  • Deploy and maintain network infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and commercial cloud environments including Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPC architectures, and PrivateLink
  • Configure and manage routing protocols including BGP and OSPF for complex network architectures
  • Architect and maintain complex DNS infrastructure across multi-cloud and hybrid environments including Route53, Cloud DNS, and on-premises DNS systems
  • Implement and manage DNSSEC for authoritative zones to meet federal authentication and data integrity requirements
  • Design DNS architectures supporting multi-tenant environments with proper isolation, security controls, and high availability
  • Implement network controls and configurations that map to specific NIST 800-53 control families (SC, AC, etc.)
  • Maintain network infrastructure supporting compliance automation tools and security control validation
  • Implement network observability solutions that feed compliance dashboards and audit reporting systems
  • Create network architecture documentation and diagrams that support customer System Security Plans (SSPs) and ATO packages
  • Partner with compliance engineers and assessors to validate network controls meet authorization requirements
  • Respond to network-related findings from security assessments and implement remediation plans
  • Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures aligned with federal compliance documentation standards
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity network requirements for mission-critical systems
  • Contribute to network automation initiatives using infrastructure-as-code tools and scripting
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or administration
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher (or ability to obtain)
  • Certifications: CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking, Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer, or working toward these certifications
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) concepts
  • Background supporting high-availability production environments
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud networking strategies
