Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid model, requiring onsite 4 days a week. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a potential of full time, we are offering great benefits. The Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise data networks. This role involves leading efforts in deploying and managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. Additionally, the engineer will configure, install, and troubleshoot phone systems, hosted VoIP solutions, and Microsoft Azure environments. Ensuring network performance, reliability, and security is a key focus, along with maintaining up-to-date documentation and network standards. The role also provides Tier 3 escalation support and mentorship to junior engineers.
