About The Position

This position is open to remote/hybrid work located near one of our Marshfield Clinic Health System locations. Candidates outside of our service area will be considered but would need to relocate to Wisconsin. The Network Engineer Senior is responsible for leading project initiatives, designing network solutions and overseeing network installations. This individuals primary duties include researching and designing network installations, working with other teams to communicate network requirements for successful project implementations and guiding team members on network installation and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field and four years of relevant work experience or Associate Degree in an Information Technology field and six years of relevant work experience or Eight years of relevant work experience.
• The experience indicated above must be in networking in an enterprise environment for one or more of the following to included leadership ability: Cisco Network Routing and Switching Network Monitoring and troubleshooting tools Cisco Wireless LAN controllers
• Vendor certifications may be required.
• State of Wisconsin valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Palo Alto or Cisco Firewalls and Network Load Balancers.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.
