The Classified Infrastructure Services department provides expertise to programs in Data Center Management, Networking and High-Performance Computing. As a Network Administrator (Senior Analyst Level), you will work closely with system administrators and cybersecurity and bring an enhanced level of knowledge on networking technologies and practices to support multiple program Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs). This is an on-site position in our McKinney, TX office.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II or 8140 Intermediate for Network Operations Specialist) and Associate-level Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA).
  • Experience as network engineer of classified Cisco-based Wide Area Network (WAN).
  • Experience administering Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) or Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Effective customer service skills, including oral and written communications
  • Experience installing and operating SNMP-based network management tools (e.g. SolarWinds).
  • Experience installing and operating Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Experience configuring and operating Type-1 encryption devices (e.g. KG-175 series).
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation such as network diagrams.
