About The Position
The position provides daily operations support and maintenance for BH network and related information technology assets. The role involves participating in the application of network and related IT technology assets into the enterprise, as well as the development and implementation of automated systems for BH Corporate and Affiliate entities. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining network and related technology infrastructure environments, working with management to define appropriate standards, policies, procedures, and technologies, and scheduling installations and upgrades in accordance with established IS policies, procedures, and SLAs. The position also requires proactive monitoring of system network and related infrastructure technology assets to ensure stable and dependable technology asset services, along with providing customer and peer training on network and related technology infrastructure toolsets, processes, and procedures. The ability to be on call 24x7 on a rotating schedule is a requirement of this position.
