About The Position
The Network Engineer Lead coordinates directly with the Government/Site NETENG and ISSM and serves as contract RMF/Network co-team lead. Responsible for operating/maintaining the MTC LAN/CAN in support of Simulation and Training operations. Participates in meetings and interacts with customers (RA/ARNG/USAR units) automation and/or communications personnel in both formal and informal settings to investigate and develop network links to C4ISR assets in support of customer operations. The position requires mastery of network systems management methods, including end-to-end systems performance monitoring, network architecture and topology, and diagnostic abilities to solve technical problems associated with operating and maintaining a complex network in support of operations.
