Maintain network infrastructure and day-to-day tier 1 support. Monitor network functionality with the use of monitoring/reporting tools. Maintain and support remote network installations. Assist with new installations, daily operations, and senior engineers during network outages and upgrades. Assisted with the testing and support of new installations and LCM efforts. After-hours support on a rotating schedule. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 70% - Trouble ticket diagnosis and resolution, installations, and assistance with day-to-day operations for the team. 15% - Assist with maintaining patches on Infrastructure/equipment. 10%- Project-related efforts and meetings. 5% - Administrative/documentation.
