About The Position

The Network Engineer position at Tatitlek Technologies, Inc. involves performing detailed root cause analysis and assessing the overall impact of incidents and problems related to applications that cannot be resolved by lower-tier support teams. The role includes modifying code or changing configurations to correct defects, conducting acceptance testing, and managing application capacity planning, life cycle management, development, customization, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Must maintain a current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• At least four (4) years of experience working with the TCP/IP networking environment; familiarity with Domain Names Services (DNS).
• High level of familiarity with networking technologies and capable of troubleshooting all levels of network connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets from the Help Desk automated trouble ticketing system.
• Perform network-related hardware and software System Administration functions, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
• Analyze and resolve network connectivity issues, including network outages, switch failures, network performance, and TCP/IP configuration.
• Provide maintenance and resolve issues related to Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies, including routers and Frame Relay.
