About The Position

We’re looking for a Network Engineer with hands-on experience operating and supporting enterprise wired and wireless networks, particularly in modern, software-defined campus environments. This role is part of a small, highly autonomous team responsible for ensuring our corporate and data center campus networks remain reliable, secure, and high performing. You’ll have the autonomy to influence design decisions, shape deployment approaches, and drive improvements across our corporate network infrastructure. This role includes travel (~30%) to support projects such as new data center and office builds, major network upgrades, and on-site troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in enterprise or campus networking roles.
  • Hands-on experience with software-defined or cloud-managed network platforms (wired and wireless).
  • Strong understanding of Ethernet switching, VLANs, STP, routing (OSPF/BGP), and wireless fundamentals (802.11 standards, RF basics).
  • Familiarity with network security concepts (802.1X, NAC, segmentation, firewalls).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across wired/wireless and access layers.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and self-management skills.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive network initiatives to completion.
  • Experience with Juniper Mist or similar software-defined network platforms.
  • Juniper, Cisco, or Aruba certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, CCNA, ACMP, etc.).
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and asset tracking tools (Mist Marvis, NetBox, SolarWinds, etc.).
  • Experience supporting large, distributed enterprise networks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% for deployments and on-site support.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support enterprise LAN and WLAN infrastructure across offices and data center campuses.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain campus switching and wireless infrastructure leveraging software-defined or cloud-managed platforms.
  • Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for wired and wireless networks.
  • Travel as needed (~30%) to support corporate network projects — including new deployments, expansions, upgrades, and field troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, IT, and security teams to plan and execute network changes and improvements.
  • Contribute to network architecture discussions and influence campus network design evolution.
  • Maintain detailed network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Use analytics and monitoring platforms to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Participate in configuration standardization and automation efforts across global sites.

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).
  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
