Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Cyber Engineering, or other relevant STEM field from a United States-based college or university.
  • At least 1 semester of study remaining after August 2026.
  • Exposure to network principles and components.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate complexity.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades of networks and components, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems.
  • Help maintain network integrity and connectivity, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain system backup and recovery capability.
  • Participate in hardware and software acquisition, the creation of planning and configuration for data communication networks.
  • Design and build hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks.
