About The Position

As a Network Engineer I at Commerce-Pocola Casino, you will support all Network LAN/WAN/Security/VoIP by implementing needed data connectivity. You will work with other Network Engineers and Network Systems Administrators, handling daily tickets in support of all Choctaw Nation Government network devices. This position reports to the Network Systems Manager.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• No technical Certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Work network tickets under the overview of lead Network Engineers and follow directions.
• Provide 100% positive end-user support and feedback on tickets worked.
• Work on problems of limited scope and follow standard procedures in analyzing situations or data.
• Build stable working relationships internally.
• Learn to use professional concepts and company procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
