Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for contracting with dentists within an assigned territory through a telemarketing approach. Responsible for achieving network growth goals by using a combination of persuasive sales skills, data, and targeted messaging as defined and coached by management. Conduct initial outreach to dental offices and regular follow ups thereafter as necessary, overcoming objections with the intent to contract with the dentists at identified locations. Responsible for thorough completion of application, initial relationship development, and assisting in the transition of the relationship to another department for continued support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and 4 years of network, sales, marketing or negotiation experience OR 8 years of network, sales, marketing, negotiation experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience adjusting strategy and tactics to deliver desired outcomes
  • Experience initiating and managing financial negotiations
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office
