With thousands of attorneys covering conflicts of interest and niche specialties, this network is essential to our mission. The Network Development Manager for Referral Attorney Tier will grow and elevate this network. The Network Development Manager will identify, vet, onboard, and build relationships with high-quality attorneys—helping top performers advance to Provider Firm status, as appropriate. This role blends business development, compliance, and relationship management. Using data, you'll target gaps in coverage, recruit aligned attorneys, ensure they meet credentialing standards, and support their success.
