The Network Dev Engineer II position at Amazon Data Services, Inc. involves performing high quality network and/or systems operations, deployments, scaling, technology refresh, sustaining engineering, best practices application, optimization, and internal/external customer interactions.   • One year of experience in a network-focused, hands-on technical role with IP routing protocols in large scale data center or WAN environments.
  • Experience in developing engineering, deploying, or operating mechanisms to support IP network and networking systems.
  • Experience in a technical on-call capacity, responding to customer impacting events and performing root cause analysis.
  • Experience in automation via Bash or Shell scripting and Perl or Python programming.
