About The Position

Under the direction of Service Owner, VP will work as a lead and will be responsible for automating deployment processes and governance of automated infrastructure solutions across our global technology landscape. The role will require strong leadership skills to guide teams in building scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure. The individual should not only be technically sound but also passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and driving meaningful change.

Requirements

Proven experience with working in a corporate global network environment, ideally with financial institutions
Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VXLAN, etc.)
Experience with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or equivalent
Certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCNA or comparable)
Experience in managing teams

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages like YAML, JSON, or Python
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GCP and in platforms like Github
Experience in agile or DevOps-oriented environments
Experience of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Identify opportunities for automation in deployment processes to reduce manual intervention and speed up release cycles
Develop team capabilities to enable teams to work on Infrastructure as Code methodologies and tools
Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish the best practices for code management and version control
Ensure completeness of documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures
Manage and optimize resource inventory to minimize costs while meeting performance requirements and support project managers and the regional product leads in project planning, tracking, and reporting
