Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal network configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions with business applications. Provide documentation, network diagrams, and knowledge transfer to operations teams. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Support network automation and scripting initiatives (Python, Ansible, etc.).
