About The Position

Infosys is seeking an Onsite Network Datacenter H&F Analyst . This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sacramento CA / Tampa FL / Twinsburg OH or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 2 years of Information Technology experience At least 2 years of experience with Hands and feed support for Data Center operations. Candidates must be available to work onsite on a rotating / Flexible shift timings at respective Datacenter to provide. It includes both on demand onsite support, and extended shift coverage as needed. Candidate must be available to work on a rotating shift schedule to provide support at Datacenter. Shift 1 06:00–15:00 PST Shift 2 14:00–23:00 PST Shift 3 22:00–07:00 PST Install racks/cabinets, power strips, patch panels, and IT devices. Perform hardware unboxing, rack & stack, and cabling (SM, MM, copper). Configure server/network management interfaces (ILO/IDRAC). Conduct audits, ping tests, and maintain DCTracks documentation. Support break/fix repairs, troubleshooting cables and hardware. Execute change requests, decommission old hardware, and manage media disposal. Coordinate vendor access and provide emergency/on-call support. Attend planning meetings and communicate with customers for updates and closures.
