Requirements

Relevant bachelorâs degree with 5-7 years of work experience.
3-5 years of contracting experience in a managed care setting.
Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies.
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based reimbursement.
5-7 yearsâ experience in provider recruitment and customer service.
In-depth knowledge of the managed care industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations for hospital and health system contracts, aligning with strategic goals.
Manage negotiation of rates and terms for provider agreements.
Prepare contracts, amendments, and rate analyses.
