About The Position

As a Network Automation Architect, you'll lead solution design for our most strategic customers while mentoring a team of talented engineers. This is a role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and leadership excellence. You'll be the strategic technical leader who designs transformational solutions for enterprise customers, guiding implementations across firewall automation, load balancer orchestration, site provisioning, and compliance frameworks. Your leadership will directly impact customer ROI and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in customer-facing network automation leadership roles
  • Deep expertise across network domains, vendors, and platforms
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills from engineer to executive level
  • Track record of mentoring and developing technical teams
  • Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python Scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH
  • Understanding of network devices and configurations across Firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and change management platforms such as Infoblox, NetBox, ServiceNow
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in identifying and delivering automation opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering quality solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in networking, cloud, or automation
  • Knowledge of Terraform and cloud networking environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and solution design
  • Background in leading technical teams or complex implementations
  • Thought leadership and public speaking experience
  • Strong business acumen and customer relationship management
