About The Position

We're looking to hire a Network SME responsible for end-to-end network migrations and greenfield implementations across wired and wireless infrastructure—access/distribution/core switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points. As an L3 engineer, you'll own the design-to-deployment lifecycle, coordinate change execution, guide L2/L1 teams, and ensure SLA-compliant delivery with robust rollback, validation, and documentation. (Aligned with L2/L3 “Network Resolver” responsibilities for provisioning/configuring devices and SLA delivery.)

Requirements

• 7-12 years in enterprise networking with hands-on migrations/implementations for switches/routers/WLC/APs.
• Deep knowledge of L2/L3 protocols (STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP/EIGRP, VRF), QoS, and wireless (WLC, RF design, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X/RADIUS).
• Experience with NAC (e.g., Cisco ISE), firewall policy alignment, and site-to-site/client VPN support during application moves.
• Tooling: ServiceNow for change/tickets, SolarWinds/NNM for monitoring, and Ansible/Netmiko (or equivalent) for configuration automation.
• Proven track record of cutover execution (brownfield & greenfield) with robust rollback/test plans and stakeholder communication.

Nice To Haves

• CCNP Enterprise (ENCOR/ENARSI), CWNA/CWDP for Wi-Fi, ITIL v4 (change management).
• Vendor-specific: NSE-4 (Fortinet), PCNSE (Palo Alto), Aruba/HP ASE—as applicable to environment.
