About The Position

The Senior Network Architect leads collaboration with executives, teams, and technical experts to develop and align innovative network modernization strategies. The position ensures adherence to internal and external policies and compliance with mandated federal standards. It also drives cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required
Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
This position is onsite 5/days a week in Washington D.C.
At least eight (8) years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
In lieu of years of experience, certifications or prior work may be used to demonstrate the level of expertise needed to perform at this level.

Responsibilities

Engages with executive leadership, team members, and technical experts, both internally and externally, to gather insights, align objectives, and shape innovative network modernization strategies.
Champions best practices and drives continuous improvement by incorporating market trends and customer feedback.
Crafts and presents executive-level business cases that clearly articulate the strategic and financial benefits of network modernization initiatives to secure necessary investments.
Provides strategic guidance on emerging technologies and innovative network solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external partners on technology investments and modernization efforts.
Leads cross-domain service consolidation and modernization initiatives.
Ensures interoperability and shared architectural standards across mission areas, business systems, and infrastructure platforms.
